Special Education

Bradley Goldsmith Law represents clients in all aspects of special education matters pursuant to the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act at both the administrative and federal court level. Services include attending IEP team meetings to obtain appropriate supports and services, seeking comprehensive evaluations and/or Independent Educational Evaluations, addressing matters related to identification and eligibility for special education services, seeking tuition support for private school placement, representing parents at due process hearings to obtain appropriate programs and/or to address a school’s failure to provide appropriate services in the past, reviewing IEPs and Service Agreements to ensure schools are offering students a Free Appropriate Public Education and reviewing progress reports to ensure students are making meaningful progress.
